本文对140例下呼吸道感染患儿进行痰MP-DNA-PCR、抗MP-IgM及冷凝集试验检查。其中MP-DNA-PCR阳性52例,抗MP-IgM阳性19例,冷凝集试验阳性7例。结合临床诊断为MP感染60例。结果显示痰MP-DNA-PCR检查明显优于特异性血清抗MP-IgM抗体检测(P<0.001),而抗MP-IgM抗体检测又较传统冷凝集试验敏感(P<0.05)。本资料提示应用痰MP-DNA-PCR检测技术可为MP肺炎提供早期、快速诊断的途径,PCR配合血清抗体检测可减少MP感染漏诊率。
In this paper, 140 cases of children with lower respiratory tract infection sputum MP-DNA-PCR, anti-MP-IgM and cold agglutination test. MP-DNA-PCR positive in 52 cases, anti-MP-IgM positive in 19 cases, cold agglutination test was positive in 7 cases. Combined with clinical diagnosis of MP infection in 60 cases. The results showed that sputum MP-DNA-PCR test was superior to specific serum anti-MP-IgM antibody test (P <0.001), while anti-MP IgM antibody test was more sensitive than the traditional cold agglutination test (P <0.05). The data suggest that the application of sputum MP-DNA-PCR detection technology can provide early and rapid diagnosis of MP pneumonia pathways, PCR combined with serum antibody detection can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of MP infection.
