目的探讨护士(医生)工作站危急值图标闪烁提醒和弹窗全屏置顶两种不同告警方式对于住院患者危急值响应时间影响,优化危急值报告流程。方法采集某院分别使用图标闪烁和弹窗置顶两种危急值告警方式各一个月危急值报告记录,计算危急值临床响应时间,采用独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果采用弹窗全屏置顶方式告警临床平均响应时间为7.97±6.65分钟,采用图标闪烁提醒方式平均响应时间为10.65±9.77分钟,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论基于医院信息系统的危急值报告流程采用弹窗全屏置顶方式能够缩短平均响应时间,提高接收及时性,保障患者安全。
Objective To investigate the influence of two kinds of alerting methods such as the flashing of the critical value icon on nurses (doctors) workstations and the full-screen pop-up on the pop-up window to optimize the critical value reporting process for inpatients critical value response time. Methods A hospital was used to record the critical value of one month emergency alarm with icon flashing and popup window top alarm, and the clinical response time of critical value was calculated. The independent sample t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results The average clinical response time was 7.97 ± 6.65 minutes with the pop-up screen full screen and the average response time was 10.65 ± 9.77 minutes with the icon flashing reminder method, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The critical value reporting process based on hospital information system using pop-up full-screen placement method can shorten the average response time, improve the timeliness of receiving and ensure the safety of patients.
