合作学习是我国数学新课程改革大力倡导的重要学习方式之一。随着数学课程改革的进一步推进,合作学习理念越来越广泛地被应用于数学教学中。但是“合作”也必须建立在学生个体“需要”的基础之上,只有学生经过独立思考,有了交流的需要,再展开合作学习才是有价值、有成效的。许多研究者从大量数学教学实践中发现合作学习在教学中有形式化、泛化倾向,文献表明在小学数学课堂上这种倾向比较明显。因此探讨小学数学课堂合作学习的有效性具有重要的现实意义。本论文在查阅文献的基础上,通过西方经典的动机理论学说、课堂观察、教学案例的方法对小学数学课堂上合作学习的有效性进行了研究,通过对现状的分析得到小学数学有效合作学习的策略是什么?影响合作学习在小学数学课堂有效开展的因素有哪些?教学案例表明,教师开展数学合作学习正经历认同理念——行为转变过程,教师对合作学习理念的理解不能更好地转化到实际课堂教学中去,如何解决好这些困惑是合作学习有效开展的关键。
Cooperative learning is one of the important ways of learning vigorously advocated by the new mathematics curriculum reform in our country. With the further advancement of mathematics curriculum reform, the concept of cooperative learning is more and more widely applied to mathematics teaching. However, “cooperation” must also be based on the individual “needs ”, and only through independent thinking, students need to exchange, and then start cooperative learning is valuable and effective. Many researchers find that there is a formalization and generalization tendency of cooperative learning in teaching from a large number of mathematical teaching practice. The literature shows that this tendency is obvious in the elementary mathematics classroom. Therefore, exploring the effectiveness of cooperative learning in elementary mathematics classroom has important practical significance. On the basis of consulting the literature, this dissertation studies the effectiveness of cooperative learning in elementary mathematics classroom through the theories of motivation theory of western classic, classroom observation and teaching cases. Through the analysis of the present situation, we can obtain the effective cooperation of elementary mathematics learning What are the strategies? What are the factors that affect the effective development of cooperative learning in elementary mathematics classrooms? The teaching cases show that the teachers’ cooperative learning in mathematics is going through the process of identity change - behavioral change, and the teacher’s understanding of the cooperative learning philosophy can not be better translated into In the actual classroom teaching, how to solve these puzzles is the key to the effective development of cooperative learning.
