应用JY—Ultima电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,通过对各种最佳分析条件的探讨和验证,建立了HG—ICP—AES测定生物样品中痕量铅的分析方法。方法的检出限为1ng·mL~(-1),线性范围0.025~0.1μg·mL~(-1),回收率92%~104%。用标准物质进行对照,其测定值均在给定的标准范围之内。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,线性范围宽,检出限低,便于推广和应用。
The JY-Ultima inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer was used to establish an analytical method for the determination of trace lead in biological samples by HG-ICP-AES by discussing and verifying the best analytical conditions. The detection limit of the method was 1 ng · mL -1, the linear range was 0.025 ~ 0.1 μg · mL -1, and the recovery was 92% -104%. Control with standard substances, the measured values are within the given standard range. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and accurate. The linear range is wide and the detection limit is low, which is convenient for popularization and application.
