应用Fura2AM荧光探针研究了低剂量X射线照射后24h昆明鼠胸腺细胞游离钙浓度的变化。结果表明:75mGy全身照射后胸腺细胞[Ca2+]i明显高于对照组,而加入次佳浓度的ConA则使[Ca2+]i较单纯照射更明显增高。提示低剂量辐射可促进T淋巴细胞的信号传递。
Fura 2AM fluorescence probe was used to study the change of free calcium concentration in murine thymocytes 24 hours after low-dose X-ray irradiation. The results showed that [Ca2 +] i in thymocytes was significantly higher than that in the control group after 75mGy whole body irradiation, while the addition of sub-optimal concentration of ConA increased [Ca2 +] i more obviously than the simple irradiation. Tip low dose radiation can promote T lymphocyte signaling.
