目的探讨血清脂质运载蛋白2(LCN-2)和内皮素(ET)水平与重度子痫前期的关系。方法选择早发型重度子痫前期孕妇28例(A组,发病孕周<34周)、晚发型重度子痫前期孕妇40例(B组,发病孕周≥34周)和正常晚期妊娠孕妇45例(C组),采用ELSIA法检测血清LCN-2,放射免疫法测定ET。结果 A、B和C组血清LCN-2分别为(83.71±18.61)ng/ml、(50.23±13.07)ng/ml和(22.52±6.05)ng/ml;A、B和C组血清ET分别为(99.76±19.95)ng/L、(73.94±15.15)ng/L和(51.35±11.63)ng/L。A、B组血清LCN-2和ET均高于C组(P<0.01)。A、B组LCN-2与ET呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清LCN-2水平升高可影响血管内皮功能,与ET共同参与重度子痫前期的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum lipocalin 2 (LCN-2) and endothelin (ET) and severe preeclampsia. Methods Forty-eight pregnant women with early-onset severe preeclampsia (group A, gestational age <34 weeks), 40 severe pregnant women with late-onset severe preeclampsia (group B, gestational age≥34 weeks) and 45 normal pregnant women (Group C). Serum LCN-2 was detected by ELSIA and ET by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum levels of LCN-2 were (83.71 ± 18.61) ng / ml, (50.23 ± 13.07) ng / ml and (22.52 ± 6.05) ng / ml respectively in groups A, B and C; (99.76 ± 19.95) ng / L, (73.94 ± 15.15) ng / L and (51.35 ± 11.63) ng / L, respectively. The serum levels of LCN-2 and ET in group A and group B were higher than those in group C (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between LCN-2 and ET in group A and group B (P <0.05). Conclusions The serum level of LCN-2 can affect the function of vascular endothelium, and participate in the pathophysiological process of severe preeclampsia with ET.
