根据波动光学的原理及腔外透射型衍射体对光波动场的波前进行变换调制的理论,设计了一种组合式腔外激光束整形系统.对系统的每一透射式元件进行透射函数分布设计并组成一个系统,使激光束通过该系统后,对光波场波前实现调制和整形.
According to the principle of fluctuating optics and the theory that the transmissively-shaped diffractive body transforms the wave front of the optical field, a combined cavity laser beam shaping system is designed. The transmission function of each transmissive element in the system is designed and composed into a system. After the laser beam passes through the system, the wave front of the optical wave field is modulated and shaped.
