中小学生的一部分业余时间是和课外作业打交道的。目前在课外作业的设计与布置中,普遍存在的问题是:教师设计是千人一面,学生完成是不由自主。这种做法违背了因材施教、因人而练的原则——优生在做浅显的题目时浪费了时间,后进生在做深奥的题目时丧失了信心。这种做法,类似于计划经济、平均分配,忽略了学生的个体差异,不利于面向全体学生,不利于张扬学生个性。
Part of the primary and secondary school students spend their spare time dealing with extracurricular activities. At present, in the design and arrangement of homework assignments, the common problem is that the design of teachers is one thousand students, and students cannot help but finish. This practice is inconsistent with the principle of teaching according to one’s aptitude and being trained by people: eugenics wastes time when doing facile topics, and loses confidence when succeeding in esoteric topics. This approach is similar to the planned economy and even distribution, ignoring the individual differences of students, and is not conducive to all students and is not conducive to publicizing students’ personalities.
