研究了铟对铝基牺牲阳极溶解的影响。结果表明:铟量增加,使铝阳极电位负移,电流效率下降;铟在合金中以偏析相存在,阳极表面具有均匀分布的蚀孔,在蚀孔中有富铟的岛状物;铟的溶解量随时间呈U型曲线。提出了偏析的富铟相使铝阳极活化而溶解的假说。
The effect of indium on the aluminum-based sacrificial anode dissolution was investigated. The results show that the increase of indium content leads to the negative shift of the anodic potential of aluminum and the decrease of the current efficiency. Indium exists as a segregation phase in the alloy with an evenly distributed etch hole on the anode surface and an indium-rich island in the etch hole. Dissolved amount was U-shaped curve over time. The hypothesis that segregated indium-rich phases activate and dissolve aluminum anodes has been proposed.
