目前代谢组学是生物活性物质高效筛选的重要工具,在生命科学领域得到了越来越广泛的应用并展现出良好的前景。综述了代谢组学的概念、实验方法、分析方法、数据处理以及在生物、医药领域的应用及农药学领域的研究前景。并在此基础上,提出了利用代谢组学研究杀菌剂作用机理可能的发展方向。以高通量检测和数据处理为手段,建立代谢指纹图谱库,创建一个可以快速筛查未知杀菌剂作用机理的方法,在新型农药的研制、毒理学分析、安全评价等领域具有广阔的前景,将成为农药现代研究的一个重要突破口。
