为了总结交流六十年代以来,各地农田水利配套建筑物在设计、施工中的先进经验,推广科技成果,加快配套进度,充分发挥工程效益,水利部农田水利局、利学技术局和中国水利学会农田水利专业委员会于1981年12月在江苏省杨州水利学校举办了农田水利配套建筑物研究班。参加这次研究班的120人中,大部分都是从事农田水利设计、施工和科研工作多年,有较丰富的实践经验和一定理论知识的同志。研究班共收到专题报告和技术交流资料100多份,包括渡槽、农桥、涵闸、倒虹吸、跌水、陡坡、隧洞、田间工程、量水设备及其它小型农水建筑物的设计、施工中的先进经验和新技术、
