为加强人大对审判工作的监督,某地出台了人大代表旁听庭审办法,庭审结束后由旁听的人大代表对庭审情况按优秀、良好、一般三个档次作出评价。有人认为,人大代表对法官庭审情况作出评价符合人大代表作为监督者的这一身份。但也有人指出,人大代表走进法庭对法官庭审实施现场监督,并对法官庭审进行评判,这已在某种程度上妨碍了法官审判职权的独立。这一监督方式是否恰当、能否促进公正司法,还需进一步接受实践检验。
