桂林盛海广场在地下室施工完成后,因其上部结构使用功能由7层商场改变为高层住宅,为了增大结构刚度、减少加固梁柱数量,结构形式由框架结构改为框架剪力墙结构,需对部分地下室基础、梁、板和柱进行加固。通过计算分析,选取了较适合的加固方法,筏板基础采用加大截面法,地下室顶板采用粘贴碳纤维布加固、梁柱采用外包钢加固,并用高压喷射注浆法加固地基。
