本文应用概率和断裂力学,从体积微裂纹的研究出发探讨了复合材料的强度分布。进行了加载方向垂直和平行于纤维所在面的三点弯曲破坏试验。拟合检验了玻纤/环氧层合板在三点弯曲时的强度遵循σu=0的Weibul分布,并估计了分布参数。给出了试样的平均强度、体积和强度分布参数间的关系。预测了不同体积试样的强度
In this paper, the application of probability and fracture mechanics, from the volume of micro-cracks on the basis of the study of the composite material strength distribution. A three-point bending failure test was performed with the loading direction perpendicular and parallel to the plane of the fiber. The fitting tests the Weibull distribution of fiberglass / epoxy laminates at three-point bending following the σu = 0 and estimates the distribution parameters. The relationship between the average strength, volume and intensity distribution parameters of the sample is given. Predict the strength of different volume samples
