文中针对某型轻卡驾驶室前横梁处出现开裂,以全新的五十铃700P驾驶室为标杆车,建立轻卡样车驾驶室的有限元模型,进行模态仿真分析。同时采用试验分析法识别出结构的固有频率与振型及驾驶室的模态性能,验证了模型的准确性。利用验证后的模型对驾驶室的结构进行优化,结果表明能够有效快速地解决驾驶室开裂的问题,在提高性能的同时减轻了驾驶室的质量,降低了汽车生产厂家改造的成本,此方法也可以为结构优化提供一定的指导作用。
Aiming at cracking of the front crossbeam of a light truck cab, a new Isuzu 700P cab was taken as the benchmark vehicle, and a finite element model of a cab of a light truck was established to carry out modal simulation analysis.
