目前国内的学术期刊几乎都面临着生存发展的问题,其中有许多是共同面临的,诸如在现行体制下形成的种种问题,还有许多问题是因不同类型期刊所处环境造成的。作为民族高校综合类的学术期刊,除了国内的学术期刊共同面临的生存发展问题外,还受其研究学科在国内现状的制约,面临特殊的困难。笔者认为,目前民族高校综合类学术期刊的生存发展面临民族学学科研究发展迟缓、学术期刊体制改革滞后、机制设置合理性缺乏三方面的主要困境,以及由上述三方面综合形成的诸多需要思考甚至迫切改变的问题。这些问题有些需要在国家体制改革中逐渐改变,有些则需要在国内学术期刊体制机制的调整中去解决,还有的则需要民族高校综合类的学术期刊自身配合高校的发展进行改革。学报界不应放弃在学术研究方面的导向性和引领作用,加强学报自身的建设,主动克服困难、解决由自身机制和工作带来的问题,正视困境、冲出困境。
At present, almost all academic journals in China face the problems of existence and development. Many of them are faced with common problems, such as the problems formed under the existing system. Many problems arise from the environment of different types of journals. As a comprehensive academic journal of nationalities and universities, in addition to the issues of survival and development that domestic academic journals face, they are also subject to special difficulties in the status quo of their research disciplines in the country. The author believes that the survival and development of comprehensive academic journals in ethnic universities at present face the predicament of three aspects: the slow development of ethnic science research, the lagging of academic journals system reform and the lack of rationality of mechanism establishment, and the many problems that need to be considered or even formed from the above three aspects Urgent changes to the question. Some of these problems need to be gradually changed in the reform of the state system. Some of them need to be resolved in the adjustment of the institutional mechanisms in the academic journals in China. Others need the reform of the academic journals in the comprehensive colleges of nationalities in line with the development of colleges and universities. The academic circle should not give up its guiding and leading role in academic research, strengthen its own construction, take the initiative to overcome the difficulties and solve the problems caused by its own mechanism and work.
