目的对两种血培养系统进行性能验证,探讨快速准确地做出病原学诊断的方法。方法两种血培养系统分成需氧瓶组、厌氧瓶组和儿童瓶组,将配置好的不同浓度梯度的标准菌悬液按要求分别注入血培养瓶内,按要求放入自动化仪器内进行培养,然后记录两个仪器每个瓶子的报阳时间,实验结束后对不同系统学培养瓶检出时间进行比较。结果在需氧瓶中,白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105及10 CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间早于Bac T/ALERT 3D;在厌氧瓶中,肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105及103CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间早于Bac T/ALERT 3D;在儿童瓶中,白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌和B群链球菌在细菌浓度为107、105、103及10 CFU/ml时,BACTEC FX检出时间均早于Bac T/ALERT 3D(P<0.05)。结论两种血培养系统均能有效监测由细菌或者真菌引起的血液感染,BACTEC FX血培养瓶检出时间多数早于Bac T/ALERT 3D血培养瓶。
Objective To verify the performance of two blood culture systems and to explore a rapid and accurate method for the etiological diagnosis. Methods Two kinds of blood culture systems were divided into aerobic bottle group, anaerobic bottle group and children bottle group. The prepared standard suspension with different concentration gradient was injected into the blood culture bottle according to the requirements and put into the automatic instrument as required Culture, and then record the two instruments for each bottle of the newspaper Yang time, after the end of the experiment on different system culture bottle detection time to compare. Results In the aerobic vials, BACTEC FX was detected earlier than Bac T / ALERT at Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis and Streptococcus group B at bacterial concentrations of 107, 105 and 10 CFU / ml 3D; BACTEC FX was detected earlier in Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecalis and Group B streptococci at Bacterial concentrations of 107, 105 and 103 CFU / ml in anaerobic bottles than in Bac T / ALERT 3D; Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis, and Group B streptococci were all detected earlier in the flask than at Bac T / ALERT 3D at bacterial concentrations of 107, 105, 103 and 10 CFU / ml (P <0.05). Conclusion Both blood culture systems were able to effectively monitor bloodstream infections caused by bacteria or fungi. Most of the BACTEC FX blood culture bottles were detected earlier than Bac T / ALERT 3D blood culture bottles.
