目的通过国人类风湿关节炎(RA)患者和对照组中FcγRⅢA-158F/V多态性的比较,确定其多态性与RA是否存在联系。方法收集就诊192例汉族RA患者[符合1987年美国风湿病学会(ACR)所修订的RA诊断标准]的临床资料,利用等位基因特异性巢式聚合酶链反应(PCR)确定FcγRⅢA的多态性,以健康体检者作为对照。结果RA患者中FcγRⅢA-158V/V纯合子基因型显著增高(字=11.85,P<0.01)。FcγRⅢA-158V/V纯合子患者发病较158F/F纯合子早(P<0.05)。FcγRⅢA-158V/V纯2合子类风湿因子()的阳性率低于其他两组(值分别为RFP0.030和0.041)。结论FcγRⅢA-158V/V纯合子与RA相关,FcγRⅢA多态性是RA发病的影响因素。
Objective To compare the polymorphism of FcγRⅢA-158F / V in Chinese patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and control group to determine whether there is a relationship between the polymorphism and RA. Methods The clinical data of 192 Han RA patients (according to RA diagnostic criteria revised by American College of Rheumatology 1987) were collected and allelic-specific nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to determine the polymorphism of FcγRⅢA Sexual health examination as a control. Results The genotypes of FcγRⅢA-158V / V homozygote in RA patients were significantly higher (r = 11.85, P <0.01). Patients with FcyRIIIA-158V / V homozygote had earlier onset (P <0.05) than 158F / F homozygotes. The positive rate of FcγRⅢA-158V / V pure 2-zoster rheumatoid factor () was lower than the other two groups (values were RFP0.030 and 0.041, respectively). Conclusion FcyRⅢA-158V / V homozygote is associated with RA, and FcyRⅢA polymorphism is the influencing factor of RA.
