汉语作为外语的学习及习得过程是一种心理活动,因此要想开展成功的汉语教学,就必须了解心理学对于汉语教学所产生的影响和作用,必须研究汉语作为外语学习的心理过程与规律以及汉语作为外语教学的心理因素与规律、学习者和教育者在整个教学活动中所出现的心理现象及其发展变化。对外汉语教学心理学就是一门研究汉语作为外语教学过程中的心理现象以及心理活动规律的学科,属于外语教学心理学范畴,是一门学科心理学。本文接下来将着重从国际汉语教师的社会角色、能力素质两个方面来探讨教师心理。
