目的:观察五加生化胶囊在药物流产中的作用。方法:206例早孕妇女随机分为两组,对照组103例常规口服米非司酮和米索前列醇;观察组在此基础上,于服用米索前列醇后12 h加服五加生化胶囊6粒,bid,共5 d。比较两组疗效及阴道出血时间、出血量。结果:观察组药物流产成功率90.29%,高于对照组的78.64%(P<0.05);阴道出血时间、阴道出血量等指标亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五加生化胶囊能提高药物流产成功率,可减少阴道出血量、缩短出血时间。
Objective: To observe the role of Wujia Biochemical Capsule in medical abortion. Methods: 206 cases of early pregnancy women were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, 103 cases of conventional oral mifepristone and misoprostol; observation group on this basis, taking misoprostol plus 12 hours after taking plus five plus biochemical capsules 6 tablets, bid, a total of 5 d. The curative effect and vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume were compared between the two groups. Results: The success rate of medical abortion in the observation group was 90.29%, which was 78.64% higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding amount were also significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Five plus biochemical capsules can improve the success rate of medical abortion, reduce vaginal bleeding, shorten the bleeding time.
