宾州大学:享“瘦”——狂吃不胖的秘诀宾州大学研究人员针对瘦子和胖子同时进行实验。在为期5周的实验中,被试者每周在实验室吃饭4天。在实验的前两周每人可以自己搭配食物,在实验的后3周则必须吃研究人员指定的食物,其总热量是平常饮食的一半。在吃完正餐之后,每人还可以选择甜点。实验结果显示:在吃完少量的低脂正餐之后,最不会多吃甜点,因此总热量摄取足足少了16%。但是吃东西的量越多,整个人的感觉越好,心情也越愉快。
