电力工业的发展和电网运行效率的提高,对电力负荷监测和管理水平提出了更高的要求。建立配变监测终端管理系统,可使终端和系统主站协同工作,实现电能计量、自动校表、远程通信、安全防护和报警等功能。文章重点介绍了配备监测终端电能计量和校表功能的设计与实现。该设计摒弃了传统的人工抄表和手动校准方式,全面实现了远程抄表和自动校表,为电网电力的建设和自动化管理提供了重要的技术支持。
The development of power industry and the improvement of grid operation efficiency put forward higher requirements on the monitoring and management of power load. The establishment of distribution transformer monitoring terminal management system enables the terminal and the system master work together to achieve energy metering, automatic calibration, remote communications, security and alarm functions. This article focuses on the design and implementation of the monitoring terminal equipped with energy metering and calibration functions. The design abandon the traditional manual meter reading and manual calibration methods, the full realization of the remote meter reading and automatic calibration, power grid construction and automation management provides an important technical support.
