本文从分析高性能稀土高速钢的基本特性入手,结合生产实际,进行了应用W12RE钢制造刀具和模具的试验研究,并探索其合理的热处理工艺,提高刀具和模具使用寿命。 生产实践证明:用W12RE钢制造的刀具,其平均使用寿命为同类W18Cr4V钢刀具的2~4倍;用W12RE钢制造冲压1Cr13不锈钢板的模具,其使用寿命为同类Cr12MoV钢模具的20倍左右,社会经济效益十分显著。
Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of high-performance rare earth high-speed steel, this paper carried out experimental research on the tool and mold made of W12RE steel according to the actual production and explored the reasonable heat treatment process to improve the service life of the tool and mold. Production practice has proved that: the tool made of W12RE steel, the average life of similar W18Cr4V steel tool 2 to 4 times; with W12RE steel stamping 1Cr13 stainless steel mold, the service life of similar Cr12MoV steel mold about 20 times, Social and economic benefits are significant.
