近年来,农发行信贷支农范围不断扩展,符合农发行信贷政策支持的客户群体逐渐增多。为适应业务快速发展,总行在信贷制度和信贷业务操作流程等方面进行了完善和优化,对促进农发行信贷业务健康发展发挥了积极作用。但在客户授信管理机制方面仍存在授信与用信审批衔接不够、授信控制力不足、整体办贷效率较低等问题,亟需进一步研究解决。
In recent years, the scope of credit support for agriculture by the ADBC has been continuously expanded, and the number of clients that meet the credit supportive policies of the ADBC has gradually increased. In order to meet the rapid development of its business, the head office has perfected and optimized its credit system and credit business operation procedures, which has played a positive role in promoting the sound development of the credit development business of ADBC. However, there still exist some problems in credit management mechanism of customers, such as the insufficient connection of credit approval and credit approval, the lack of credit control, and the low efficiency of overall credit handling. Therefore, further research and solution are urgently needed.
