中国医药公司副总经理龚家申在全国药品供应交流会上分析指出,目前我国医药市场形势呈现以下四个特点: 一、消费需求持续增长。突出表现在医院医疗用药稳定增长,以上海市为例,自94年实施“总量控制、结构调整”的公费医疗制度改革以来,市内40家医院用药水平仍然持续上升。94年比93年增长20.7％。95年比94年增长25％,96年上半年较同期增长22％左右。再有就是居民个人医疗保健消费支出增加。国家统计局最新资料显示今年1—3季度人均月保健支出12元,比去年同期增长31.5％,扣除物价因素实际增长19.9％。以上情况表明,人民经济能力的增强及保健意识的提高,完全消化了当前医改对医药市场的负面影响。

Outstanding performance is shown in the steady growth of medical use of drugs in hospitals. Taking Shanghai as an example, since the reform of the public medical system of “control of total volume and structural adjustment” in 1994, the level of drug use in 40 hospitals in the city has continued to rise. Then there is the increase in personal health care spending for residents. According to the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics, per capita monthly health care expenditure in the first three quarters of this year was 12 yuan, an increase of 31.5% over the same period of last year, and an actual increase of 19.9% after deducting price factors. The above situation shows that the enhancement of the people’s economic ability and the improvement of health care awareness completely absorbed the negative impact of the current medical reform on the pharmaceutical market.
