对蒸发冷凝法制备纳米粉体装置的加热源——真空自由燃烧氦电弧进行了研究。阐述了电弧的构造及电位分布,介绍了电弧产热的机理。在满足一定基本假设的前提下,文中给出了电弧的控制方程。运用有限元理论,构建了自由燃烧电弧的计算模型,运用AN SY S8.0对电弧的温度场进行了模拟,并应用类比法验证了本文构建的计算模型及模拟结果的正确性。
The heat source of vacuum evaporation of helium arc in the preparation of nano-powder device by evaporative condensation was studied. The structure and potential distribution of the arc are described, and the mechanism of heat generation in the arc is introduced. Under the premise of meeting certain basic assumptions, the governing equations of the arc are given. The calculation model of free-burning arc is established by using finite element theory. The temperature field of arc is simulated by AN SY S8.0. The analogy is used to verify the calculation model and the correctness of the simulation results.
