车架是超重型汽车的关键部件,在使用过程中车架常常达不到预期的使用寿命而出现裂纹。因此研究车架的静应力及随机应力水平,是解决裂纹问题、研究车架强度的基础。本文在现场测试的基础上,用线弹性理论的有限单元法,对车架进行了静态计算及随机载荷下的动态分析,给出了车架的随机响应及沿车架轴线各截面的最大应力分布曲线。
Frames are a key component of a super-heavy car, which often fails to reach the expected service life and cracks during use. Therefore, studying the frame static stress and random stress level is the basis for solving the problem of cracks and studying the frame strength.
