糖尿病性肾病 (ＤＮ)又称毛细管间肾小球硬化症 ,是糖尿病常见的慢性合并症。临床表现除血糖高以外 ,还兼有蛋白尿、浮肿和高血压。笔者运用益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病性肾病 4 0例 ,并与纯西药治疗组 2 0例相比较 ,结果表明 :前者疗效明显优于后者 ,现报告如下。1　临床 Diabetic nephropathy (DN), also known as interstitial glomerulosclerosis, is a common chronic comorbid diabetes.
