Nanhai District in the forefront of reform and opening up, the Pearl River Delta hinterland in Guangdong. With the economic development in the South China Sea and the urban-rural integration, many kindergartens in township centers have invested and constructed according to the standards of provincial-level kindergartens one after another, which has greatly improved the level of hardware and software in kindergartens and made rural children genuinely Win at the starting line. However, as peasants’ awareness of their children’s education continues to rise, their desire for cultural knowledge and the large number of foreign workers who come from Guangdong Province are born, township kindergartens are far from solving the problem of nursery schools for all preschool children, and so many Kindergartens set up by village committees and individuals for investment have been mushroomed. However, not all of these kindergartens receive the financial support and subsidies from the government like kindergartens. This has resulted in their mixed use of hardware and software. In particular, the quality of running schools in many rural private kindergartens is far from satisfactory.
