一、前言在检定卡尺时如发现示值误差超差,首先要进行示值误差来源的分析。造成卡尺示值误差超差的原因大致有以下几点:(1)测量面与主尺基面在两个方向上不垂直。(2)主尺基面和游框基面平直性不好。(3)主尺弯曲变形。(4)主尺基面与主尺刻线不垂直。(5)测量面平面度不好。(6)测量面平行度不好。(7)游标刻线与主尺刻线倾斜。
