红参是人参的一种,系人工栽培,经蒸制而成。表面红棕色、角质性、半透明状、有纵皱,接近主根的上部有稀疏的横环纹。质坚实、折断面平坦角质。有特殊的香味、味微苦而回甜。其药性偏温,主要用于气虚体弱者。气虚是表示机体活动能力的衰退。临床应用红参正是用于这种机体活动能力衰退的虚证。病案举例一、病员杨××,男,26岁,安徽省含山县人,1981年2月27日入院,住院号53047。患者主诉1974年发现贫血,全身乏力、履步艰难,在当地某医院用肝B_(12)治疗后其自觉症状好转。1980年自觉症状加重,11月份检血常规,其中RBC350万/mm~3、Hb9g。12月
Red ginseng is a kind of ginseng, artificially cultivated and steamed.
