摘要目的预计3D-p CASL在星形细胞瘤分级中具有和DSC-PWI相似的效能,与ADC值联合,会具有更高的诊断效能。方法 43例星形细胞瘤病人,行3D-p CASL、DSCPWI、DWI检查,依据ADC值、n CBF(3D-p CAS)、nr CBF(DSC-PWI)。结果平均10%ADC值可以很好地鉴别低级别星形细胞瘤(LGA)和高级别星形细胞瘤(HGA)。LGA的n CBF和nr CBF(1.810±0.979和2.070±1.048)明显低于HGA(4.505±2.270和5.922±2.630)。鉴别LGA和HGA的截断值
Abstract OBJECTIVE: It is expected that 3D-p CASL has similar efficacy to DSC-PWI in the classification of astrocytomas, and its combination with ADC value will have higher diagnostic efficacy. Methods Forty-three patients with astrocytomas underwent 3D-p CASL, DSCPWI and DWI, and ADC values, n CBF (3D-p CAS) and nr CBF (DSC-PWI) were calculated. Results The average ADC value of 10% could identify low grade astrocytoma (LGA) and high grade astrocytoma (HGA).
