我始终认为,学生,或者说儿童,应该是我们教育的原点,也是课程改革的出发点。学校的个性化办学、特色化发展,都应该基于学生的成长需要。正因此,北京大学附属小学的“生命发展课程”是我们的办学理念和育人目标的具体化,是学校整个育人模式改革的有机组成部分。下面我就从学校的办学理念、育人目标的形成,从我个人的教育理念发展过程来详细解读“生命发展课程”的来龙去脉。一、我的教育价值观:为了爱和自由
