哈尔滨江北区香格里拉酒店建筑屋面高度为168.2m,塔楼部分存在高度超限和扭转不规则的问题。为满足抗震和抗风的技术要求,采用型钢混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒抗侧力结构体系。分别应用SATWE,ETABS软件对结构进行分析,计算结果满足现行规范要求。通过静力弹塑性分析,研究了结构的抗震性能。针对外框结构不封闭以及楼板开洞等不规则问题,采取了一系列有效的抗震加强措施。

In order to meet the technical requirements of earthquake resistance and wind resistance, the steel reinforced concrete columns - reinforced concrete beams - reinforced concrete core tube lateral structure system. The structures were analyzed using SATWE and ETABS respectively, and the results of the calculation were in accordance with the requirements of current codes. Through the static elasto-plastic analysis, the seismic performance of the structure is studied. In view of the irregularity of the outer frame structure and the opening of the floor, a series of effective seismic strengthening measures have been taken.
