本实验旨在观测参附注射液对哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性作用的影响。结果表明,给豚鼠静脉注射参附液能显著增加哇巴因引起各种心律失常和死亡时的用量。参附注射液与哇巴因合用灌流离体豚鼠心脏,明显推迟和减轻哇巴因中毒时表现的心脏收缩力降低,并明显减弱哇巴因所致心脏静息张力的升高。1um哇巴因几乎完全抑制心肌Na~+,K~+-ATP酶活性,参附注射液对此酶活性却无影响。提示:参附注射液可保护性的减缓哇巴因引起的心脏毒性反应。
This experiment was designed to observe the effect of Shenfu injection on ouabain-induced cardiotoxicity in guinea pigs. The results showed that intravenous administration of Shenfuye to guinea pigs significantly increased the amount of ouabain-induced arrhythmias and death. Shenfu injection was combined with ouabain to perfuse the heart of isolated guinea pigs, which significantly delayed or reduced the systolic force of ouabain poisoning, and significantly reduced the ouabain-induced increase in resting tension of the heart. 1um ouabain almost completely inhibited Na~+, K~+-ATPase activity of myocardium, but Shenfu injection had no effect on this enzyme activity. Tip: Shenfu injection can protect the cardiotoxicity induced by ouabain.
