吉林市的电力电子产业起步于改革开放之初,依托久负盛名的丰满水电厂、吉林热电厂等大型国有企业,同时借助于东北电力大学的学科和技术优势,使得吉林的电力电子产业在腾飞伊始就有着得天独厚的发展基础。目前在吉林高新区内已经形成了拥有电力电子企业41家,其中高新技术企业25家、火炬计划重点高新技术企业2家、实施火炬计划项目19项,其中重点国家级火炬计划2项,2005年共实现工业总产值25.3亿元,销售收入23亿元,出口创汇1265万美元,利税总额2.07亿元,工业增加值6.9亿元,资产规模50.3亿元的电力电子产业格局。经专家实地考察评审,科学技术部高技术产业开发中心审查认定,于2005年12月16日同意建立“国家火炬计划吉林电力电子产业基地”,吉林华微电子股份有限公司、吉林永大集团有限公司、吉林龙鼎电气股份有限公司、吉林市光大电力设备有限公司、吉林市东北电院开元科技有限公司、吉林大仝数码科技股份有限公司等6家企业被认定为基地首批骨干企业。

At present, 41 high-tech enterprises have been established in Jilin High-tech Zone, including 25 high-tech enterprises, 2 high-tech enterprises of Torch Plan, 19 projects of Torch Plan, 2 of which are state-level Torch Plan, 2005 Total realized industrial output value of 2.53 billion yuan, 2.3 billion sales revenue, export volume of 12.65 million U.S. dollars, total profits and taxes 207 million yuan, industrial added value of 690 million yuan, assets of 5.03 billion yuan power electronics industry pattern. The field review by experts, the Ministry of Science and Technology High-Tech Industrial Development Center review found on December 16, 2005 agreed to establish “National Torch Plan Jilin Power Electronics Industry Base”, Jilin China Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Jilin Yongda Group Limited 6 companies including Jilin Longding Electric Co., Ltd., Jilin City Everbright Power Equipment Co., Ltd., Jilin Northeast Northeastern University Kaiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Jilin Datong Digital Technology Co., Ltd. were identified as the first batch of backbone enterprises.
