我厂在开展职工体育活动中围绕企业文化建设,形成了以俱乐部为中心,级厂、直属车间为中转,班组、家庭为辐射点的群众性体育网络和“以我为主,多元融合,独具一格”的职工体育活动模式。雨后春笋般的职工体育活动为企业文化建设注入丰富的内容。长炼建厂初期,只有一些简易的篮球场、乒乓球台等,有限的场地使职工体育活动只能是个体的、以强身为目的的单一活动。改革开放以来,随着企业的发展,企业以职工体育活动的开展来增强企业向心力与凝聚力,促进着企业的发展。实践证明:职工体育活动是企业文化建设的一种有效载体。
