护胎饮是由纯中药组成的复方制剂，采用ＨＰＬＣ法对其主药黄芩中的黄芩甙进行含量测定，方法准确、简单，分离度高，重现性好。
Baotuyin is a compound preparation composed of pure Chinese herbal medicines. The HPLC method is used to determine the content of jaundice in the main drug Astragalus membranaceus. The method is accurate, simple, and has high resolution and good reproducibility.
