随着经济社会的发展,现代工业化进程加快,伴随工业生产产生的有机污染物的排放有利于多,这些污染物毒性较高,还会通过其生物富集的特点对人类生活产生巨大的影响。色谱-质谱联用技术是近年来有机物检测的新方法,根据这个技术可以进行多种有机物独立检测的实施。本文对色谱-质谱联用技术原理进行了阐述,并对该技术在食品、农药、环境上的检测应用进行了分析,对气相色谱—质谱联用技术的未来发展提供了理论依据。
With the development of economy and society, the process of modern industrialization is accelerating. Concomitantly, the emission of organic pollutants generated by industrial production is more favorable. These pollutants are more toxic and can have a huge impact on human life through their bioaccumulation. Chromatography-mass spectrometry is a new method for the detection of organic compounds in recent years. According to this technology, it is possible to carry out the independent detection of many kinds of organic compounds. In this paper, the principle of chromatography-mass spectrometry was described. The application of this technology in the detection of food, pesticide and environment was analyzed. The theoretical basis of the future development of GC-MS was provided.
