鼻咽癌是我省常见恶性肿瘤之一。据我院1973年统计,鼻咽癌占同期放疗病人的19.2%。一般认为本病的预后与病期、治疗有直接关系。为了解我省鼻咽癌迟、误诊和治疗情况,现将我科1974～1980年经病理证实的病例资料进行回顾分析,以引起同道们的重视,共同为早期发现、早期诊治鼻咽癌而努力。临床资料一、病期:表1按年
Nasopharyngeal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our province. According to statistics from our hospital in 1973, nasopharyngeal carcinoma accounted for 19.2% of patients receiving radiotherapy at the same time. It is generally believed that the prognosis of the disease is directly related to the disease period and treatment. In order to understand the lateness, misdiagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our province, we retrospectively analyzed the pathologically confirmed cases from 1974 to 1980 in order to attract the attention of our fellow practitioners for the early detection and early diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
