讨论利用外圆切入磨削循环过程中,初磨阶段持续的时间和工件每转实际磨削深度变化规律与砂轮锋利度密切相关这一特性,通过建立自适应共振网络(ART)模型对磨削过程工件实际每转磨削深度变化规律的信息进行分类处理,实现磨削过程砂轮锋利度的在线识别。对实际磨削过程中多种工艺参数变化的情况下砂轮锋利度进行在线识别,证实对复杂的磨削过程,可以有效地识别出砂轮的锋利度。
