为明确烤烟品种云烟85不同着生位置烟叶碳氮积累的差异性,利用全自动元素分析仪对该品种不同叶位烟叶的碳、氮含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同叶位烟叶的碳元素相对含量随叶位降低呈明显减小规律,绝对含量随叶位降低呈先增加后减小规律,很多叶位之间的差异达到了极显著或显著水平,在部位上的差异更大;氮元素相对含量随叶位降低呈先降低后增大的趋势,上部叶与中、下部叶的差异极显著,中部叶和下部叶的差异不显著;氮元素绝对含量随叶位降低呈先增加后减小规律,很多叶位之间的差异达到了极显著或显著水平;碳氮比以中部叶位最高,下部叶位次高,上部叶位最低,三大部位的平均值相互差异极显著。结论:云烟85不同叶位和不同部位烤后烟叶碳含量、氮含量及碳氮比的差异大多显著。

Conclusion: The differences of carbon content, nitrogen content and C / N ratio of the leaves of Yunyan 85 at different leaf positions and locations were mostly significant.
