目的了解佛山市南海区社区老年居民到社区卫生服务机构就医行为的现状,探讨其对社区卫生服务的需求。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取南海区10个居委年满60周岁老年居民进行面对面问卷调查,问卷内容包括调查对象的基本情况、患病后就医行为现状、对社区卫生服务机构的评价、对社区卫生服务机构就医需求等。结果本次共调查佛山市南海区居住满半年或以上的年满60周岁居民1 550名,调查对象以男性(占55.68%)、年龄60~69岁(62.90%)、户籍以南海户籍(61.81%)、职业以农民(42.71%)、文化程度以初中、高中或中专(43.55%)为主,68.71%的调查对象有医疗保险。老年居民患病后主要选择医院就诊,占43.03%(667/1 550)。调查对象的就医行为与性别、年龄、户籍、职业史、文化程度相关(均P<0.01)。是否有医疗保险对调查对象的就医行为也有影响(P<0.01)。62.30%(803/1 289)曾到社区卫生服务机构就诊过的老年居民认为社区卫生服务机构最满意的是“看病方便”。所有调查对象希望社区卫生服务机构“有技术好的医生”。结论被调查老年居民患病后主要选择医院就诊,为满足社区老年居民的就医需求,必须进一步完善社区卫生服务机构的“六位一体”功能,加大对社区卫生服务的投入,提高技术和服务水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of community health service in community in Nanhai District, Foshan City, and to explore the demand of community health service. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to randomly select 10 elderly residents aged 60 years in Nanhai District to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included the basic conditions of the surveyed patients, the current status of the medical treatment after the illness, the community health service Agency evaluation, community health services and other medical needs. Results A total of 1 550 residents 60 years of age or older who lived in Nanhai District of Foshan City for at least six months or more were surveyed. The respondents were male (55.68%), aged 60-69 (62.90%), household registration of the South China Sea (61.81% %), Farmers (42.71%), junior high school, high school or technical secondary school (43.55%). 68.71% of the respondents have medical insurance. Elderly residents mainly choose hospital after illness, accounting for 43.03% (667/1 550). The medical behaviors of the respondents were related to gender, age, household registration, occupation history and education level (all P <0.01). Whether medical insurance has influence on the medical treatment of the respondents (P <0.01). 62.30% (803/1 289) The elderly residents who have visited the community health service agencies think that the community health service agencies are most satisfied with the convenience of seeing a doctor. All respondents wanted community health services “skilled doctors ”. Conclusion The elderly residents who were surveyed were mainly hospitalized after their illness. To meet the needs of elderly residents in the community, it is necessary to further improve the “six in one” function of community health service agencies, increase the investment in community health services and improve the technology And service level.
