在草长莺飞的阳春三月,我们又迎来了国际妇女节。“她”时代的到来已经是一个不争的事实,在金融圈里有越来越多的“她”崭露头角,阐释着商业竞争中的柔性气质。李晶女士(Jing Ulrich),摩根大通董事总经理兼中国证券及大宗商品主席,2009年被《财富》杂志评为全球最具影响力商界50女强人之一,作为入榜的两位华裔女性之一,她的经历与思考或许能够给那些正在金融领域孜孜以求的“她”们以启发。
