目的对傣药竹叶兰Arundina graminifolia全株的化学成分进行研究,以期发现新的活性化合物。方法运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-GEL树脂及PR-HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并采用半叶法检测化合物的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。结果从竹叶兰氯仿-甲醇(1∶1)提取物中分离得到4个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为6-(3-羟基丙酰)-5-甲氧基-异苯并呋喃-1(3H)-酮(1)、香豆酸(2)、ω-羟基化愈创木丙酮(3)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯丙醇(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为竹叶兰苯丙素,化合物1表现出明显的抗烟草花叶病毒活性,其相对抑制率为22.6%。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Arundina graminifolia in Dai medicine, with a view to discovering new active compounds. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, gel, MCI-GEL resin and PR-HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity of the compounds was tested by half-leaf method. Results Four phenylpropanoids were isolated from the chloroform-methanol (1: 1) extract of Pseudostellaria nobilis and identified as 6- (3-hydroxypropionyl) -5-methoxy-isobenzofuran- 1 (3H) -one (1), coumaric acid (2), ω-hydroxylated guaifenesin (3), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenylpropanol (4). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound, named as bamboo leaf ramiphthelin. Compound 1 shows obvious anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity with a relative inhibition rate of 22.6%.
