据报道,化合物Ⅰ的抗疟活性比Ⅱ强,化合物Ⅲ对滋养体诱导感染的鼠疟(P.ber-ghei)作用较小,但对鸡疟(P.gallinaceum)感染有较强的预防作用。奇怪的是,化合物Ⅳ对药物敏感的鼠疟(P.berghei)虫株有极强的抑制作用。
It has been reported that the anti-malarial activity of Compound I is stronger than that of II, while Compound III has less effect on trophozoites-induced P. berghei infection but has a strong preventive effect on P. gincinacea infection . Curiously, Compound IV has a very strong inhibitory effect on the drug-susceptible P. berghei strain.
