案例一:HR经理从电工班抽掉了一名沟通能力较强的电工到公共关系部门暂时代职,以弥补公共关系部门因特殊原因造成的人员空当所带来的相关问题。该电工代干了一个月后,便要求加薪。考虑到公司的实际情况,在次月为其加了薪。但第二个月,该员工又要求加薪,并提出了公司难以接受的价格,无奈之下,只好对其说,回电工班吧,按电工的工资支付。另一个重要问题是,在其代职的两个月内,一方面是没实际工作效果,给各个部门负责人留下了夸夸其谈的印象;另一方面是个人欲望太于膨胀,有夜郎自大之嫌。
