硬膜外分娩镇痛在分娩过程中既能保证母婴的安全,又能有效减轻产痛,分娩舒适度较高[1]。我们观察了低浓度罗哌卡因联合小剂量舒芬太尼用于分娩镇痛的临床应用效果,现报道如下。资料与方法1.一般资料选择60例自愿接受分娩镇痛、无难产因素存在、无孕期并发症、自然启动分娩、宫缩规律、无硬膜外麻醉禁忌证的足月健康初产妇为观察组。另选符合以上条件的同期60例未做任何镇痛的产妇为对照组。2.方法宫口开大至3cm,于L2-L3进行硬膜
Epidural labor analgesia in the delivery process can not only ensure the safety of mother and baby, but also effectively reduce the pain, labor and higher comfort [1]. We observed the low concentration of ropivacaine combined with low-dose sufentanil for labor analgesia clinical application, are reported below. Materials and Methods 1.
