目的分析我国近十年来布鲁氏菌的流行概况和研究水平,为我国布鲁氏菌病防控和研究提供科学依据。方法通过数据库检索近十年(2000～2010)的科技文献和数据资料,对其调研并进行统计分析。结果我国布病疫情防控及研究工作尽管取得了很大的进步,但目前布病疫情出现反弹的趋势,研究水平有待继续提高。结论我国布病疫情依然严峻,防控工作和科研水平总体上仍需加强,进而从根本上提高我国布鲁氏菌病的防治水平。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and research level of brucellosis in China in recent ten years and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis in China. Methods Retrieve the scientific literature and data from the past ten years (2000 ~ 2010) through the database, investigate and conduct statistical analysis. Results Although the prevention and control of brucellosis in China and its research work have made great strides, the current epidemic situation of brucellosis has rebounded and the research level needs to be further improved. Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in our country is still grim, and the prevention and control work and scientific research level still need to be strengthened on the whole, so as to fundamentally improve the prevention and control of brucellosis in our country.
