用近代金相技术研究了HP乙烯裂解炉管弯头破裂的原因。结果表明,炉管弯头的破裂是管壁减薄引起的,并且高温氧化、渗碳、温差应力及热疲劳等对弯头减薄破坏也起着很大的加速作用。对引起弯头破坏的减薄机理进行了探讨。
The Cause of Fracture of HP Ethylene Pyrolysis Furnace Tube Elbow by Modern Metallographic Technology. The results show that the cracking of the tube elbow is caused by the thinning of the tube wall, and the high temperature oxidation, carburizing, thermal stress and thermal fatigue also play a significant role in accelerating the elbow thinning. The mechanism of reducing thinning caused by elbow fracture is discussed.
